WAM is Mark-It’s innovative and industry leading wireless monitoring solution specifically designed for refrigerated containers and associated cold chain assets. WAM consists of asset mounted hardware with wireless communications to a web based software application that allows customers to see shipments in real time, understand cargo condition and take action upon alarm or other event. WAM works stand alone or with Mark-It’s core reefer protective service offerings to provide unprecedented protection for refrigerated cargo.

Using Mark-It Services innovative WAM technology, customers manage and control their cold chain assets such as reefers, containers and gensets.

Vital time sensitive cargo information is transmitted wirelessly from your assets over wireless and satellite networks to sophisticated software analysis tools and displayed on user focused web screens and reports.

Information such as cargo and set temperature, alarms, door status, asset location, gate movements, preventative maintenance, and fuel levels are reported. In addition, remote forward commands such as alarm clearing, pre-trip start/stop, and set point changes can be sent to the asset to provide full automation and control of such assets.
